Drink Wine With Snake Blood In It Unless You're a Coward
Honestly it's cool if you don't do that. It's pretty weird. Pretty much only Vietnam is about the snake blood wine life, and it's for cool kids only. If you're hip to how to order this secret menu item, then your table is in for a real treat: the waiter will serve you a glass a rice-wine, and then squeeze a snake until blood oozes out of its body and into your glass. Now that's table-side service!
There Are Too Many Wines
If we're at the point were we need to take wine to the next level by strangling serpents, then enough is enough; there are too many damn wines. Seriously. When you go to the store, you can't just grab a bottle. You need to check the price, the type, the year, the cap (does it got the cork, or is it ghetto with the screw lid?). There are so many things going on with wine, it ought to be in therapy. I guess that's why it's good at attracting like-minded people.
