Turns out that combining chocolate and peppermint creates mind blockers that prevent the brain from storing memories as it normally would. Stand Up and Fight for Peppermint Patties
This treat is too good to just waste away into the either. You should make it your sole duty to spread the love of peppermint patties to your fellow man, woman, and child. Buy a big old bag of York Peppermint Patties, or a giant box of Junior Mints, and stand out front of a supermarket. Just give out free samples and help people remember they should buy this candy. Advise them not to eat the sample until they finish shopping, otherwise they will forget what to buy at the market. Also kick out any charities or girl scouts also working the entrance to the supermarket. Your cause is way more important. This peppermint patty crusade will ruin you financially, and your family will probably leave you, but that's okay. If you are willing to do this, you don't have much going on and don't care about your family anyway.
