It's a winning combination that is sure to kill you.

Look, we can't have baller things all the time. There are moments in life where we can't ball out and mix a milkshake into our coffee. And those moments are a plenty; like literally most moments. Obvious moments include sleeping and napping, but aside from them you still should avoid a routine of coffee milkshakes. Today is the day to ball out, but not every day.
