Theobroma cacao, aka the cacao tree, aka the cocoa tree, is a small evergreen tree in the Malvaceae family. But who cares? You ain't here for a history lesson about trees. You want to celebrate chocolate's mama. If it weren't for cocoa, there would be no chocolate. That's a pretty cool bean in our book. You probably always loved the cocoa, and you didn't even know it. That's the level of coolness coming from the bean; it lives in secret, and just dishes out chocolate on the regular. What a swell, gal. Claps in chat for cocoa.

The Food Holiday Creator did not hide his affinity for chocolate, and the cocoa family. Chocolate appears countless times as an ingredient in a dish or integral part of a celebrated food. Some people believe that The Food Holiday Creator is actually in cahoots with the Malvaceae family. That's the original chocolate mobsters back in the old country. Most citizens in America have felt the raw power of chocolate. It's not something to be trifled with, and the FHC knows that. Maybe he called in a favor. Maybe he got into gambling trouble. All we know, is that he's a big fan of chocolate. How did he get that way? You be the judge.
