Start Your Day With Sugar ... Like You Normally Would
If you're in America, then you don't need a holiday to kick off the day right with a nice helping of sugar. The good part about a holiday is that it makes you feel less bad about consuming the sugar. Doughnuts are fantastic, but a lot of us can't just Homer Simpson it up. We need a reason for the sweet season. That way when Mark walks into the breakroom and sees you downing some doughnuts, you won't feel bad.
Is The Food Holiday Creator Okay?
Not sure. We never tagged him like a shark or traded numbers. Honestly never met the man, the legend, the Creator. But from what we can tell from the calendar he crafted, sugar is highly celebrated. There are countless other doughnut holidays. He may have been comprised by Big Sugar when creating the calendar. Kind of unfortunate, and a solid reason on why stuff like kale didn't even make the list. But realistically, you would celebrate Kale day with doughnuts.
